"These hotel is very accesible to metro station, we have saved a lot money by not taking the taxi service. Breakfast is ok but limited choices. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are adequate in space, staff cleaning the room regularly. I have booked for three person but the other bed is not prepared so we have to pull the bed on our own. It has been mentioned on the amenities that they have free trasnpirt going to dubai mall but it wasnt available at all. Overall it was a pleasant stay."

"The hotel is lovely and staff super friendly, but the reason i booked it is it offered a beach bus shuttle service, turn out to be only twice a day. They should’ve mentioned it. The second reason is i thought it is in the heart of City Walk, that it is a walking distance. Although city walk is behind the hotel, you still need a car to get there, especially with Dubai’s weather, you can’t walk to it even if it is close. "An important business partner came to visit me one morning during my stay. We met in the lobby lounge. He happened to bring a cup of Starbucks coffee. A staff member approached and advised that it was policy that he could not have the coffee from the outside. I believe that is a terrible policy when guests are paying lots of money to stay in the establishment."
