"I had a really nice and spacious room and the bed was quite comfortable. The staff were very approachable and helpful each time I approached them. The restaurant staff did everything they could to ensure all guests had a good experience at every meal. They went over and beyond, asking each time they came to my table if everything was ok and if they could get me anything. The amenities available were good. The property is lovely, nice and clean. It was quite some distance from the main areas in Dubai though, however taxis were available at your request which made it easier to get around. I had a really good time."

"I had a good stay at hotel for my 10 nights. Most of the staff were pleasant and helpful. The cleaning staff was great. The pool staff needs to improve their perception and treatment of people. The doormen were really nice and helpful. I would stay again. "
