"The hotel is large but has nice small touches like face cloths at pool and glasses cleaning. The room is large and bathroom well appointed. There are a few irritations though with large comes a crowded pool area, ubers that arrive at the wrong part of the hotel, too few towels in bathroom and a very busy reception area. Breakfast is also busy and slow - all feels non relaxing. hyatt regency nearby fairs better on many of these aspects for a business traveller. "

The only let down were the guests, it was Diwali week and a lot of overseas guests were staying here the behaviour of these guests was ridiculous and disrespectful towards staff and others staying at the hotel. Otherwise a good property, walking distance to Burjuman mall and tram station. Good breakfast selection and friendly staff. "
