"Light of the bed was not working and usb plugin in the desk too. Rumors by man at work into the hotel during the night and I had to cal 3 time in order to get silence because I couldn’t sleep. The apologies from hotel the day after with a cask of fruit is not enough for the inconvenient."

"The room was very clean and comfortable bed. I liked the room with the kitchens options set up. The breakfast although continental had a good choice with hot food options like omelettes, sausages, hash browns etc. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. "Although o had the reservation information, they would not accept me as the guest without original ID from the person who made the reservation. Eventually it was sorted out and I got an early check in. So kudos for that part."

"Hello, first of all, it took 10-15 min to get hot water to the shower or the faucet; i almost missed my appointment the first night. Besides wasting time, this is a huge waste of water which goes against any environment benefits the hotel is trying to achieve! The tiles in the shower were cracked and broken in several areas. The AC at the lowest setting could not combat the heat outside leaving me dripping in sweat. The lobby wreaks of cigarette smoke in the evenings; I guess overflow from the bar. The concierge/ front desk were not available most of the time and called back on occasions and on occasions had to call several time to get any assistance. The location is not convent to any dining, except for Jone's the grocer and the list goes on. I hope that this helps and hopefully you can do something about it. regards, Wissam"
