"The room was very clean and comfortable bed. I liked the room with the kitchens options set up. The breakfast although continental had a good choice with hot food options like omelettes, sausages, hash browns etc. The staff were very friendly, helpful and professional throughout. "We had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton. Great location, great staff always willing to help. The access to the mall of Emirates is also really convenient. The overall service at the property was fantastic. Absolute value for for money. Given this is an older property, we didn't expect the condition to be so top notch but it was. Our suite was very spacious and if we were to go back to Dubai, we would absolutely stay here without thinking twice. The only draw back if any was the breakfast buffet...

"The luxurious amenities, exemplary services, and prime location are what grabbed my attention to the hotel. I loved everything! "This place is stunning and relaxing. The room was spacious and clean with a beautiful view of the polo field and the Burji khalifa in the distance. The food we had was delicious and a good variety. We used the hotel to stay while we visited our son who lives close by and we will use this hotel again. Fantastic place for relaxing or entertainment. Evening was lovely to sit and enjoy each others company or have a bar meal. "
