"I could not have asked for better service and accommodations (okay breakfast was okay- not great). Amazing spa and fitness facility. Amazing views of the garden. When it snowed it was like a winter wonderland. My friends and I were blown away by how incredibly nice the hotel was and how much nicer the employees were. This place is EXPENSIVE, but with every penny. I will be back. "

"The Grand Prince at Osaka bay was a fantastic experience. Staff was incredibly helpful and kind and even if you’re Japanese is limited or you know none, they can still assist you. The rooms and bathrooms are very nice with plenty of amenities. Would highly recommend a room looking over the bay so you can see the sunset, it is worth every penny. "My wife is very disappointed with another guest filming in the Bath House on her Phone which was reported to your staff at the time. Unfortunately there was no follow-up as my wife was concerned that that person had taken footage of her naked in the bathhouse. We firstly find it unacceptable that a guest can do such a thing and secondly were disappointed that there was no response from the staff at your hotel and we still don't know whether that person has footage taken in the bathhouse."
