"Great hotel in a very central busy area. Restaurants are everywhere and the trains were very close by. The rooms are small but as I was traveling by myself it was fine. I think multiple people and multiple bags is tight but doable if you store stuff under the bed! Housekeeping situation worked out great for me as all I really wanted was clean towels which were left for me outside my room daily. The area around the hotel is exremely busy and very noisy so if you are looking for serenity this area is not for you! Overall I would highly recommend this hotel for anyone hoping to stay in the Shinjuku area of Tokyo."

"Such an amazing experience, the hotel itself was beautiful and easily accessible with less than a 10min walk from the main station. Once you arrive at the hotel, you have to take off your shoes and put them in shoe lockers - the hotel itself has beautiful tatami mats throughout, with the most stunning rooms! The onsen/public bath itself was fantastic, with several different baths (I loved the milky one the most) and the best massage chairs I've ever used with free yakult and popsicles offered as well to keep you hydrated from being in the baths. We were also able to easily use the luggage delivery service direct at the hotel to send our things to our next stay. Beautiful hotel, easy access, would definitely stay again!"

"The area is huge, loads of restaurants & shops whe discounts are offered, many travelers and staff, direct walking access to Terminal 3, so no need for transportation, pretty good for a departure point."

"The location is great. Walkable to the shopping center and metro station. Lots of dinning options around this area. There is a public bath and convenience store on the 4th floor. My kids love it. "

"The property was clean tidy and always had a lovely smell! The staff were always accomodating. The 3 to 6pm coffee machine at reception was fantastic, and the restocking of coffee pods and water daily was also great, as usually, you only get unlimited instant. "
