"Upon checking in, there is a coffee “bar” providing a self service V60 pour over experience. What a great idea! The room and the waterfall shower were wonderful. Centrally located, it checks all the boxes. "

"The Onsen was our favorite. Very “spa” like. The buffet was very good. However, the beds were very hard. Train station across the street. Universal studios one stop away. Aquarium across with ferry, all the way around using train. "

"No train noise as the nearby transportation (subway) is underground. I used ta-q-bin service from Tokyo to this hotel and the hotel staff conveniently placed the transported luggages into our room. Since I was staying at the annex, I had limited interactions with staff, but they were pleasant. Had to subtract some points for cleaniness as our room had stains on the carpet and black hair dye splatters over the bathroom walls. I understand those cannot be simply wiped off, but I expected more or...
