"Saw many reviews about the locatilon being 'right on the subway' but the subway entrance right on the street is into the maze that is the Osaka station, and still a 5-10 min walk underground to get to your platform. "The room was neat, clean, modern. We didn’t stay at a high floor room and it was a bit noisy. It is in an area with high traffic. We are heavy sleepers we don’t hear anything much when we sleep. Staff were helpful and nice. Breakfast is really good. They have a microwave in the lobby you can use if you have leftovers or buy something from outside. They don’t have room service. "
