"This was a really wonderful experience. The hotel is top grade from start to end. The staff were exceptional from reception to cleaning to bar and restaurant. So much consideration was put into the facility. It caters for everything one could ever need in a hotel and more and with the highest quality. I loved it immensely and can’t recommend it enough. "

"Lobby is on the 29th floor so the view was gorgeous from our room. Amenities were fantastic and loved the size and layout of our room (2 queen bedroom). Personally found the pillows too soft but had no issues calling down for extra pillows which were brought to us very quickly."

"Had a wonderful stay at Aloft Osaka Dojima! The corner room was beautiful and surprisingly spacious, providing plenty of comfort after a long day of exploring. Absolutely loved the Drybar products—such a nice touch for hair care! Housekeeping did an amazing job keeping the room spotless, making it a perfect place to recharge after a busy travel day. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a stylish and comfortable stay in Osaka!"

Excellent staff that go out of their way to assist and even organised our bags to be transferred from Osaka to Tokyo. We would definitely stay here again!"

"Breakfast buffet was very good and had a varied menu; with a registration desk and lobby on the 2nd floor, this made check-in and check-out with large luggage inconvenient; registration staff who spoke limited English, made acquiring eating and travel suggestions somewhat difficult; however, staff was always patient and respectful "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Hotel is clean and beds are comfortable. The room was very quiet. Despite being a very large hotel, we never felt it to be overwhelming. Great to be near all trains! We were grateful we stayed at this hotel vs elsewhere in the city. So much to explore in Osaka and so nice to return to Umeda and enjoy the multitude of restaurants and shops at the end of the day!"
