"For the price we paid I was happy with the room. The hotel could do with a bit of a makeover as our room ceiling looked like it had measles and there were scuffs on the walls, however everything in the room worked as it should. "My overnight stay was fantastic from check in to check out. The staff were really friendly and helpful. Their attitude shows how proud they are of this Hotel. "Very disappointing to arrive on site a 1845 and discover that there was no restaurant facilities and no bar available for a drink. The booking confirmation stated that both were open 11 till late, but it's actually 6pm when the restaurant closes. There is an expensive shop open to buy student type food, but we didnt fancy pot noodle when we were hoping to be dining in the restaurant. Very misleading information. "
