"While I was there, I stayed an extra night and when discussing rates compared to using Hotels.com versus checking in directly with the Hyatt. I was told they couldn’t match the price, but they would comp me the parking fee imposed by the city of Boulder for the parking lot. So I thought I was getting a break, but it ends up. I wasn’t because it was a holiday. There was no parking fee. Maybe the employee didn’t know that, which I admit as a possibility, on the other hand, maybe they did."

"Beautiful property, well maintained. Only minus was paper products were very cheap, gas station bathroom quality. "

"I love that their is a Starbucks in the lobby and the keg one building away but the building it’s self if very run down, my light first entering my room took flipping the switch 3 times for it to stay on, the jacuzzi tub has visibly broken jets (very disappointing after a day of travel). The lobby looks like it has been very well updated but unfortunately that seems to be where the updating has ended. "
