"I was very impressed with this hotel, the staff was wonderful, they keep the rooms very clean and cheery. The proprty and rooms have had some updates but some areas could use a little touch up paint, but could be difficult if always rented out. I can't say enough about Phillip and the other woman in office im sorry I forget her name, they were so accommodating. This place has parking on site for a fee, but is across from a parking ramp that might cost less? I can't wait to go back, 175ft...

"We had a 1 bedroom ground floor ocean view villa and would rent one of these again. All of the staff from the front desk to the maintenance staff to our wait staff in the restaurant were excellent. We have told the front desk that the bed rolled into the middle and was very uncomfortable. It was very cold while we were there, below freezing at night. There was only a light summer spread on the bed and no spare blankets and we had not checked that until bedtime. Housekeeping responded...

There are stairs to climb to get in/out, so pack light :). Cafe Duro is right downstairs for hot drip coffee and pastries. "Everything was lovely except I felt rushed on my departure date. A front desk representative knocked around 9am to find out what time I was leaving. If your check out policy is 11am, you should not knock on people’s door to find out what time they are planning on leaving. It doesn’t feel like a luxurious experience when you do.
