"Excelente servicio y actitud de todo el personal, sobretodo felicitaciones y gracias a Gary el Concierge. El spa buenísimo, muy bonito y en excelentes condiciones. La habitación muy buena, limpia y cómoda, pero cuando ves el Lobby y el spa, te la imaginas mejor. "

"Great location for the AO Arena, and to walk into the city. Smooth check in and a nice refurbed room. A lovely addition is access to swimming pool/spa etc. Could have been cleaner, but would definitely return. "

"The hotel was lovely and the staff friendly! We had a room on the 3rd floor at the front of the hotel. The room had another room up a small set of stairs above and you could really hear the other guests moving about above. The bed was super comfy with good amenities in the room inc tea, coffee, snacks ,water, iron, hair dryer, dressing gowns, umbrella etc. The bath was not a full size but the bathroom was clean and looked great."
