"The hotel is fabulous. The Spa was amazing as was the room. Breakfast was a bit of a shambles. The service was slow, which made the food cold, I would have complained, but we didn't have time to wait. "

"We are a couple from north Somerset wanting a relaxing weekend and thats what we definitely got! From the day we arrived sat 2nd nov the staff we so helpful on reception and very easy to locate our room . The Spa was fantastic! 5* from all the different spa rooms to our facials on the sunday ,this was also very , very relaxing. We booked breakfast also on the sunday very easy and relaxed and loada to choose from the full English was amazing! We will definitely be back next year, big thank...

"Such a lovely stay for my partners birthday, got a lovely upgrade too. Rooms are wonderful and spacious with a comfortable bed. Also, I mistakenly left my expensive hairdryer and the hotel shipped it back to me next day with no trouble. Very enjoyable stay. "
