"The staff was great. As was the restaurant and bar area. However, my room had a hint of piss smell that I really didn't notice until I was doing push ups the morning after I arrived. Then I noticed a stain on the floor. Should have been taken care of a little better. But other than that, really enjoyed the place. Oh, Expedia says they have laundry facilities, they do not"

"2nd time staying here. Genuinely love staying, room fantastic, restaurant and breakfast fantastic. The real thing that makes it is the staff, every single one makes the experience worth it. My only grumble would be on arrival on both occasions had to wait for the room, this time just over an hour, but again staff couldn't have apologised more but to happen twice is a little disappointing. All that being said its still 5 stars from me. "
