"I'm a regular at Pod 39 when I come to NYC by myself. It's very minimalist and if I was planning to spend more time in my room, I'd go elsewhere, but exactly what I need when I'm in the city to see shows and check out some exhibitions. Always clean and my room is always ready when I arrive (which has not been my experience at other NYC hotels). "

"Perfectly fine, clean hotel close to Grand Central. Good value for the money, large room (by NYC standards). Felt comfortable for a family of four in a room with two queen sized bed. The kitchenette our room had an ice maker in the fridge--which was an unexpected but nice thing to have in a hotel room. Plenty of restaurants and amenities near by for all needs."

"The staff, without exception, were friendly, helpful, and genuinely interested in providing excellent guest services. Our room, 2925, had the most beautiful view of any big city hotel we have stayed in, overlooking St. Patrick’s Cathedral and down 51st St. to the river. The beds were comfortable and overall the room was clean and well appointed. "
