"This is my 12th stay the Élysée. It is warm, safe with a welcoming staff. The club room fosters community among the guests. The physical property is very charming with a feel of early 20th century France. It is, however, in need of renovation and will close at the end of the month, for over a year for a complete renovation. Many of the loyal guests are looking forward to the renovation, anxious for the re-opening, and hoping that the welcoming, intimate ambience is preserved. "
