Construction was ongoing and right outside our bedroom window with construction starting at 7;00am. It was impossible to sleep with the early morning drilling. Otherwise, the room was adequately stocked and nightly turndown service was appreciated. "

"Right on the tram line, super convenient but also quiet. Always seemed to be a line at the front desk - check in or check out - but other than that, wonderful service. Room was decorated in fun, funky way, best decor yet :) Get the room with the kitchen - cute seating area too, very worth it."

"We were a bit concerned after booking because self check in, luggage lockers etc but all went very smoothly. Really great location for the bus and train stations. Really clean, there’s a lift. We missed having a kettle to make a cuppa but that’s all. Restaurants nearby….well, tbh, don’t bother. Italian terrible unless you want a pizza, indian not good and overpriced. "

"The hotel manager and front desk team were incredibly kind and helpful. The hotel is beautifully located right in front of a stunning lake and majestic mountains. I accidentally left my computer in an Uber, and the hotel manager and team went above and beyond to help me recover it. I truly appreciated their patience, support, and warm hospitality. I feel so lucky to have stayed at this beautiful hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when I return to visit Lucerne."
