"This is a wonderful modern hotel. The room was great, great views. Friendly staff. An awesome wellness area. Great dinners and the breakfast was amazing. They will pick you up and take you to the train station for a fee. Easy to get there by taking the gondola to Furi and then a 5 minute walk to the hotel. Would love to go again!!"

"Excellent place to stay overnight prior to morning transatlantic flight home. Safe comfortable bed McDonald’s available next door for food. Must’ve made even McDonald’s is pricey for food in Switzerland. Convenient shuttle picks you up at the airport after coming in by train and drops you off at the airport the next morning for your flight. "

"Great location right by the Interlaken West Train station. My room was too hot, couldn’t lower the temperature any more. The room itself was good, had everything that you would need. Breakfast was very good."

"Etablissement exceptionnel. Spa extraordinaire. Vue spectaculaire et époustouflante. Personnel attentif. Seul regret = le manque de raffinement de la cuisine. Nous avons testé le Spices et avons été déçus (pas au niveau attendu en termes de qualité). Le petit déjeuner est remarquable en termes de choix mais manque également un peu de raffinement et d'authenticité dans les produits. "
