"We had 2 rooms for one night, upon checkin we requested side by side rooms and were accommodated. Our rooms were not exceptionally hot and we adjusted the temperature before leaving for dinner. When we returned, rooms were not any lower in temperature and we were advised that the hotel is fully booked and there are. No rooms to change to. Along with this, maintenance advised us that we were the only ones complaining and "

"This was the best customer service I've ever had at a hotel; the female night manager helped arrange our parking, carried most of our suitcases, and even helped us buy bus tickets - at the bus stop! While there were a few details, like too much road noise and the tv not working (could care less), the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made it a very enjoyable stay. Would stay again in heartbeat."
