"A gem off the beaten path! If you follow the host's directions together with your car navigation/phone GPS, you will have no problems finding it. We had a room out of 3 available, a shared bathroom, and a shared kitchenette (which we didn't use). The toilet in the room we had made loud sounds when we flushed, and there was an instruction advising us not to throw toilet paper in it, so we ended up using the shared toilet in the common area. "The interiors are beautiful and the hotel is perfectly located halfway between the main ski lift and the thermal bath/center of town. The food is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, the sauna area generous. We stayed in Room 20, a compact 3-level suite-let with the advantage of a bedroom that has no other function. It comes complete with a key from the 18th century! This is a really good hotel."
