"Stayed with SaffronCasa for multiple times at R&F. The apartment's location is near the customs and shopping malls nearby. There are some shops and eateries just below the apartment. Generally convenient since we are taking grab to our usual spots. Condition of the apartment getting slightly poor, hopefully maintenance can be improved. Overall, good stay and likely to revisit if the price is still affordable."

"Communications was a nightmare. We had to work through what was probably a managing agent whose communications was intermittent. Check-in was late (I understand that there was probably a lack of cleaning personnel); with little updates. Facilities at the condo was very good, but the condos themselves were small, under-maintained and the 3 room apartment included a converted study area with no door posing as one of the bedrooms. "

"Homestay is spacious and provides items such as utensils, toiletries etc. Check-in was slightly troublesome since it has to be done at a hotel 5-mins drive away. Toilets were slightly dirty when we arrived (checked in at 9pm), with the floor being super wet, toilet unflushed and bathroom mat having coloured spots. Overall the stay was decent for the price, but it would be great if the cleanliness was better-maintained."

"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"Excellent check in experience. We were earlier when we arrived at reception. Staff checked on availability of room and gave us a early check in. She was very helpful and friendly. Room is very spacious, clean, comfortable and nice. Enjoyed our stay at Holiday Inn JB"

Very satisfied

"The room is just nice that fits one queen and a double. The sheets and pillows are clean, the toilet is dry, the tV is working fine. Too bad the small fridge is not as cold. It's mucj like a cool lighted cabinet. Down at the lobby is their resto KSL Infusion that served a very affordable buffet. The staff were all kind and polite. Overall it served my purpose for this stay."
