"The property is at a convenient location nd shopping closed by. There was no taxi stand nearby so you have to rely on Grub and Wifi Access. In the lobby, they don't provide any help to call taxi or Grab. At a minimum, WiFi access is required in the lobby. Overall the place is great."

"The place is near the city area and the surrounding is very good. The only complaint is the link bridge to JB CIQ/Shopping Complex is truncated which make it quite difficult moving to city square, one of the shopping centers."

"Generally clean and very convenient location, right next to KSL mall. However take note no interconnect. You will need to perform self service check in and check out by collecting keys from letter box. You will also need to throw all rubbish yourself during check out. Room and toilet is clean. "

"Good for big families as there are four bedrooms. Note that only two rooms come with attached bathroom. A third bathroom for common use and a fourth bathroom behind kitchen and is too small to shower in. Location is convenient as just at KSL mall. However, getting in and out of apartment is inconvenient as we only had one access card when there are 10 of us. Need to pay deposit one day before stay and it is contactless check in or out."
