"No hand towels on first day, and no face towels were provided on the second day. Wished there were more cloth hangers privided. No tea spoon was provided."

"Room looked well maintained, bright and clean. However, throughout the night the aircon in both bedrooms buzzed loudly. Then, there would loud water running through the pipes sound, sometimes as if it was raining outside when it wasn't raining. The constant loud noises throughout the night affected quality of sleep. Breakfast was ok, spread was wider than the other Express in north America. "

"The room allocated was in good condition and big. However, do not like the toilet door as there is no lock. Convenient as it is about 5 mins walk to KSL and a few eateries nearby. "

"This hotel is very dirty. The room was full of mosquitoes when entered. The floors has lots of hair and the bathroom is very tiny"

"It was my first time at this hotel. I was a little worried if the area was secluded since it's a distance from the popular shopping areas in JB. But to my surprise, the area was bustling with activities at night so I felt safe. The bed was amazing. I had great sleep for the two nights I was there. The room and bathroom were very clean too. And the beddings didn't smell of strong bleach or detergent which was wonderful for me. Good quality shower gel, shampoo and lotion. I love the body lotion....

"Location super, link to alternative road, no jam to get back to hotel. Condition n cleanliness not so good, especially when compared to high price paid."

"Place a little run down on the outside but when you are inside it’s quite different. Clean but linens a little old. Due for a change. Breakfast was simple and quite good. Location is quite ok if you have a car. "
