"Loved the stay at this place. Most of staff was very friendly, some just polite but not friendly. Bed’s comfortable room was pretty clean. Resort fees still active , didn’t know that was still legal, especially when it says free internet when you check in. We had a wry late check in they check in staff was very helpful as well as call in center. Won’t hesitate to go stay there again. "

"Amazing property very very very clean, rooms aren’t the biggest but in midtown you’re not going to be able to get villas, view was unreal, and the location was amazing honestly, Ken and everyone was so helpful and kind, will definitely definitely stay here again and hopefully soon. Only side note, the room cleaning wasn’t the greatest, regularly the bed wasn’t made and room wasn’t tidied, apart from that, everything was top notch"

"It is centrally located and if you are doing a theater weekend it is great. Times Sq is VERY busy though, so you have to be prepared for lots of noise, light, people. The staff were awesome to be honest."

"The upper lobby co-working area was fantastic. However, the only issue (and a very minor one) is the Friday night noise from the club. But otherwise, no complaints whatsoever, it's a great hotel."
