My overall stay at Niagara Resort was great, this was the second time I’ve stayed there. The room had a great view and the staff as usual was very welcoming. The location is convenient to the Falls and restaurant even though they have great restaurants in the hotel. I will definitely stay there again.

I realize this hotel is at a casino, but it smelled of cigarette smoke bad! I got a non-smoking room and the hall ways were bad too. The room was wonderful and the view was amazing! The room was a highlight of our trip.

Kinda lacking on standards as of lately as far as cleanliness is concerned..I frequent the casino often and I must say from the dirty elevators to the dirty mop smells in the hallway I gotta say it's been lacking...but to take the cake I had to wake up and switch rooms at 3am because of a bed bug issue (this never happened before)..I was upgraded for free but I should at least have not been charged for that 1 night but it's cool...I definitely continue to support but they gotta get a handle on the cleanliness real quick....

Awesome stay. However we had a group of 5 or 6 of us that all had drinks. The security checking id at the front clearly all saw the drinks and let us in no problem. Later on in the night my girlfriend and I went back downstairs to go back to the casino with another drink in hand around 12:20 am 1/5/25. This time we were stopped by security and treated fairly poorly for "trying" to bring 1 cup of alcohol in. The security said oh nice try. Good try, you can have drinks in here. So I simply said that he should inform the other employees of that rule. He then proceeded to watch us drink half and throw it away to then tell us. " its okay you have more" as we calmly walked into the casino. Fun times. But kind of a jerk security for no reason.

This is an absolutely beautiful resort. In terms of convenience, there is nothing around besides the actual Niagara Falls. If you want restaurants or shopping, it is about a 10 minute drive. The front desk staff are not friendly, although everyone else I encountered was great!

My husband and I celebrated our 30th anniversary here. We had a great time. There was plenty of food options and entertainment. I tried peking duck for the first time and we watched the Bills/Folphins game on the lounge on a gigantic screen! It was clean and we had a blast!
