After waiting on a very long line, I was sent to a room that I could not get into with the key I had just been given. (A good amount of people were checking in, and despite the lines I actually heard a staffer say that people could wait. A team member was asking this team member if she was coming back from break. She was not pleased with the question and her response was that people could wait.) After repeated tries, I picked up the phone in the hallway and was left on a ridiculously long wait. I hung up and went back downstairs. Stood on line for another long time before getting a working key. I should have been refunded part of my stay cost.
