"Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well."

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Hôtel sale, (chambre pas nettoyée, tâches sur les draps) très mal insonorisé (on entend les gens en « soirée » et autres parties de jambes en l’air), avec zéro chauffage (heureusement, des couvertures (ou des paillassons ?) sont fournies. Aucune lumière dans la chambre, juste des lumières d’appoint. Sale de bain écœurante avec joints pourris. L’ascenseur fait peur en tremblant violemment à chaque étage. Résultat : impossible de dormir de toute la nuit. Je ne recommande pas."

"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."
