"Very nice and quiet appartement, in the ‘clos’. As it was raining in Brussels I was glad there was an umbrella provided! Place Lux is around the corner, and it’s near the European institutions. Very convenient."

"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. The two bedrooms were spacious for us and the option of the sofa bed was good as well. The apartment was light and airy with good amenities in the kitchenette. "Overall, our stay in the hotel has been pretty fantastic. The room was bigger than we thought, the beds are comfy, the sofa was surprisingly snug. Despite the fact that the space of the bathtub was a bit problematic to use, it’s great that the hotel has provided sufficient soap to use. The double huge windows were fantastic to maintain airflow. The staff were helpful as well."

"The location is fairly close to the train station. The room itself was okay, though not as described. It was supposed to have 3 standard pads and a double. It had 1 standard, 1 double, and a BUNK bed. It was also supposed to have an elevator- a lie. Check in was difficult. You have to call them and then FIND the location and then use an intercom and their English is very limited and the sound is tough. You then go into the building and are called into a back office-- they don't greet you-- and...

"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "
