"Really nice and cozy alpine style hotel. Perfect location within a 3-min walk from the train station, ski bus, Gornergrat train, and the main street with all the shops and ski rental. Good breakfast selection, enough of healthy choices. Really enjoyed the sauna and hamam facilities, too."

"우선 테라스에서 바로 보이는 마테호른 뷰가 최고인 숙소. 직원분들은 모두 친절했고, 짧은 독일어를 사용해도 발음이 좋다며 기분 좋은 칭찬을 해주는 직원분들이 있는 곳. 깔끔하고 편안ㆍ안락한 룸 컨디션, 온수욕조에서 편안히 휴식할 수 있어서 또한 좋았음. 조식은 많은 종류의 음식이 있는 것은 아니지만 충분한 식사를 할 수 있을 정도의 음식들이 제공되었고, 커피와 핫초코 등의 음료가 제공되어 더 좋은 식사였음. 가격 또한 체르마트 숙소 중에서는 위의 여러가지 장점들에 비해서 가장 우수한 비용이라고 생각됨. 추천하고 싶은 숙소."

"5 star is not enough…they should get a 10!!! From the staff to the hotel…excellent service & super friendly! Breakfast in the morning was outstanding. I would highly recommend!!! When I come back to Zermatt I will definitely stay there. Location of the hotel is perfect!!! Can’t say enough good things!!!"

"Ein rundum angenehmer Aufenthalt. Alles sehr sauber und gast neu. Freundliches Personal, eine tolle Aussicht. Küche gut ausgestattet. Es wäre schön, vorab zu wissen, was in der Küche vorhanden ist, damit man entsprechende Lebensmittel vorab einkaufen kann (z. B. Mikrowelle aber kein Backofen, welche Kaffeemaschine wegen der Kapseln). Das Ausziehsofa war leider uneben, und wir konnten nicht gut darauf schlafen."

"This hotel is on top of a mountain. Arriving guests can call the front desk for a pickup at the train station and save an exhausting climb up. Very much wish that feature had been listed or mentioned somewhere before my trip. I found out about it only after the long hike."

"I spent 2 nights in this hotel while visiting St. Moritz. The property is old and dated (however the bathrooms have been ungraded). Although I was in a no smoking room, the floor that was on smelled like smoke and that was a big turn off for me. Also, the common areas are very dated (old) in appearance. The good news is that I spent very little time in the hotel room. Although the property is older it does have a lift which is a plus!"

"Right in the middle of the village so everything was within walking distance including from the train station itself. I sent a few queries through via whats app such as do they serve dinner there and do i need to bk and i was promptly answered. Upon checkin kristiane couldnt have been more helpful. She had already bked us a table for dinner at the time i requested and then went through the different tourist options such as gornergrat and sunnega which we ended up doing both and her...

"Rooms were clean and provided fresh towels and sheets everyday. When we arrived we were welcomed by the receptionist Visiliki. She was wonderful and provided great recommendations for restaurants and activities! Navigating the bus and trains to and from St Moritz can be confusing, as the hotel does not provide shuttles to the ski resort but they do provide free bus passes if you do not have one. Overall, great stay! We will be back. "
