"Lifts were very good staff on the whole excellent although not having our room service till we ask at 4.30 pm why it wasn’t done then they only changed the towels with a bit of a giggle let the hotel down also not being told till we arrived that parking was in a ncp car park down the road !!!! "

"Took my fur kid with me and WOW was she made a fuss off. Staff were very helpful and polite. Food was lovely and a good selection. Was a bit of a walk to the park and ride to get bus into York. Overall had a lovely stay"

"I would recommend a stay here for the fabulous central location. The room was clean and check in instructions were very clear. Please be aware there was no reception as such, but if needed you can leave your luggage at the bar next door, and there were emergency contacts listed. We didn't need any of this but good to know. There were a couple of bottles of water in the room and some discount vouchers, all of which were an unexpected bonus. The kitchenette was handy if you wanted to make a drink...
