"We arrived and the power was off due to the flooding that area received in the past few days. However the young lady at the desk did everything in her power to accommodate us. She went ahead and let us in the room where we could at least stretch out on the bed and once power was restored she made our room keys. I didn’t get her name but I definately think she is an OUTSTANDING employee!! "

"The stay was nice and comfortable. No complaints there. What I don't like is the 50 dollar charge they place on your credit card and I never received it back as I was told by the desk clerk. I called and he said it may take up to 10 days. This was March 24, 2025 and I still haven't received it. There was no issues nor damage so why haven't I received my payment back on my card"

"Great service. The area is a little sketch, but they make you feel safe with a gated parking lot and security guards. I'm not sure there's too mamy places in Memphis that aren't a little sketch. The room was fine. The toilet was plugged and they didn't fix it after notifying them, but it was fine. I gave it 5 stars for what it is. A place to stay and sleep. If you want something fancy or a resort, then spend another $200 a night. For $82, its what you get. "

"Was nice, however, the only reason said I had was the tv remote did not work. I asked for a new one, and that would did not work either. So I had three days of watching the same channel."

"I enjoyed the great nights sleep. In the morning there was a family with 3 children running around & screaming VERY loudly at breakfast. No one from staff asked them to step outside or settle down their unruly children. Many customers were dismayed; yet no one on staff handled the situation. "

"Good basic accommodations. Room was supposed to include breakfast, but breakfast staff had to leave early, so they shut it down 2 hours earlier than advertised, with no alternative and no apologies. Facility was basically clean, but there were cigarettes and trash in the elevators. "
