"We stayed 3 nights here which was sufficient for us to see Gracelands and visit Downtown museums. Hotel itself was busy, but our room was quiet, clean and comfortable and the staff were really friendly. We didn’t drive but found Ubers best way to get around town as readily available."

"People were friendly. Charged us before we ever arrived and included the parking fee. Not sure what would have happened if we would have used a ride-share service to get there. Hotel is being renovated. Room was very nice and very large. Beds were alright, pillows were uncomfortable. Breakfast had a good selection, but they used powdered eggs. Would stay here again. Great location. "

"There were 2 adults and 3 children (3, 7, $ 10). We had a 1 bedroom unit which was spacious with two beds and a pull out sleeper sofa. The unit had everything we needed and services were provided (clean towels, etc.) upon request. There was body soap, hand soap, shampoo, conditioner, and lotion in the bathroom. The kitchen was well stocked with needed dishes. The only thing not provided was dish/dishwasher soap. There is a Kureg machine for coffee. The indoor and outdoor pools are amazing and appropriate for all ages. There are also two playgrounds, fire pits to make s’mores, and scheduled activities throughout the day, plus arcades. The kids had a blast and loved the resort. The staff were friendly and helpful. I definitely recommend this resort and would stay here again."
