"Great service. The area is a little sketch, but they make you feel safe with a gated parking lot and security guards. I'm not sure there's too mamy places in Memphis that aren't a little sketch. The room was fine. The toilet was plugged and they didn't fix it after notifying them, but it was fine. I gave it 5 stars for what it is. A place to stay and sleep. If you want something fancy or a resort, then spend another $200 a night. For $82, its what you get. "

"Very clean hotel, nice service but most times there was no one at the front desk, they came when they heard someone was there but no bell or camera to alert them. Also desk chair back was broken when we got into the room. Also very noisy with street and airport noise. But great breakfast with lots of variety."

"I want to first of all thank the staff at the Days Inn at Graceland for their warm hospitality. Saeed and Ms. Leni are absolutely wonderful!! "Property was prostine and eclectic. Amenities like phone chargers, bath accessories, snacks and complimentary snacks wete appreciated. Amit was exceptional in reslonding to requests for local information. Parking was a little tight for a big SUV but manageable. We met friendly guests from Europe which was a bonus."

"Location to River front and also Beale street was excellent. Check in codes didn’t work and had to call and were given new codes. Otherwise, nice to have immediate response via phone. All good. "
