"Location is good if you are visiting Graceland. They provide a shuttle service to Graceland. Breakfast is included and is decent. I had an issue with my room door, it didn’t lock unless we tried 5x. Bathroom curtains were also falling apart. The room was very clean and the staff was friendly."

"Things did not get off to a great start. We landed in the U.S from the UK to an email stating that our reservation at the hotel made TEN MONTHS in advance had been cancelled on the day! "The room was overall nice. It either appeared that the room hadn’t been stayed in for awhile because of the dust that was on the lamps or either dusting isn’t part of the day to day room cleaning. While breakfast was supposed to have been included, it wasn’t because the staff informed us that the cook had called in and there was noone at the moment to prepare food. It would have been nice to have an alternative option and to not hear the staff talk about the staff and management issues."
