"Whenever I’m flying out of Heathrow T5, if I have to spend the night, I choose the Sofitel. You can walk to it without ever leaving the airport, the rooms are comfortable, the breakfast is good. And if I want to go into town for some adventure, transportation is close by."

"Arrived at 245p. Received a room that was part of the CATEGORY of what we ordered but was smaller than we expected. Alex and Anastasia were able to accommodate us to a bigger room in the same CATEGORY as what we ordered which was awesome. The room was clean, however there were ants that would crawl out of their holes and into our room during our entire stay. We simply texted the housekeeping to clean it, and they did promptly. The breakfast was included; we ordered whatever we liked each day after scheduling a time with Anastasia. We are from the states so we got eggs everyday. This location was extremely nice; we had a private pool right outside our room which overlooked the ocean and volcanos—beautiful. It was about a 15-20minute walk from Fira square which had all the street foods, store, and bus route. "
