"Was only there for an overnight stay but service was great, room was nice and clean. Bed was a little hard and AC not too cold but shower was really nice and the buffet breakfast made getting up earlier worth it."

"Clean, large, comfortable room. Huge bathroom with lovely powerful shower. Easy to get into central London via overground from Cricklewood station. Friendly, helpful staff."

"Overall the stay was nice. Close to the train station convenient to get to places. It would have been nice to have had the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant rather than in bedroom. Had the same breakfast for 2 days cold and managed to go into the restaurant on the last day of checkout. "

"The location of the hotel was a bit odd, although it was close to the Hammersmith tube station which worked well. It didn’t feel walker friendly as there are lots of roads intersecting near and around the hotel but I managed. Good news is that there is a taxi queue right outside which was convenient. The registration desk is on the first floor not the street level ground floor which can cause confusion. The sleeping rooms are basic but the bed was very comfortable.
