The hotel is beautiful, and it was so convinient for a stay when flying out if terminal 5. The staff was amazing and the food was great. I was very pleased.

This was my second stay at this hotel, and I noticed significant improvements compared to my first visit in October, when there was an issue with the air conditioning. This time, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and everything in the room was in good working order. The front desk staff was friendly and accommodated our request for a quiet room for kid. However, there is still room for improvement in the food service. On the first day of the year, the restaurant lacked some of the options in the menu. Additionally, they served a burned burger, and the panettone and scone we got from cafe were not fresh. While this stay was noticeably better than the previous one, these issues prevent me from giving a full 5-star rating. That said, I appreciate the efforts to improve and hope to see further progress in the future.

It’s very conveniently located especially for Terminal 5 users. We had a very comfortable and cosy sleep before catching a very early morning flight from Terminal 5.

It should be made aware that there is not a shuttle or anything from other terminals to the Sofitel. We had to take a taxi and that cost over 20 pounds

Needs to be more communication between welcome email offers and staff/spa staff. Also update dinner menu times/room service times as when we called down times were different to what tv menu showed. Management however were nice to fix all the issues we had. Also car park for guests should be cheaper than £40 as it is too expensive. More halal options to the menu would be great too. Lobby area needs more excitement/updating bit outdated
