"When we arrived we were the guest of the day and were given a small gift bag with a can of specialty water and some seasoned nuts. Then once we were given our key/card we went to our room. We met the cleaning staff in the hall and were told our room was not cleaned/ready. The room was at the end of the hall which we liked so we told the staff we would put our suitcase in the room and leave to return later. Upon returning later our key/card did not work for the room and we had to get it...

"Great location! The lodge offers complimentary shuttle to get closer to gondola or to stroll around the village. Also, if shuttle is not available, the lodge is located within a ten minute walk to whistler village, which makes it close enough for those evening walks. We had a great and enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely stay here again!"
