"Absolutely fabulous location right near Robson Street. Easy walk to Canada Place and many of the must see Vancouver tourist attractions. So many local restaurants and eateries in this area that you'll be spoiled for choice! Hotel is a bit dated but clean and comfortable. Staff were lovely. We had a great stay."

"I really enjoyed my stay at Level. The room was quite spacious and felt more like a small apartment. There was insuite laundry facilities and dishes, glasses, bowls and many other housewares in the kitchen It was also nice to use the hot tub which was nice and available until 10 pm. Overall I would highly recommend Level."

"Lovely place to stay when in Whistler with kids. It's not too far from the village and is peaceful and quiet. The room itself was clean and comfortable. They property had a heated pool and is well kept. We also found is extremely thoughtful of the owner to offer Netflix, Disney etc. in both the living room and well as the bedroom TV sets. Same with things such as laundry detergent, dishwasher soaps, salt, pepper etc. that were available when we checked in. We also appreciated the extra fans made...

"Great location! The lodge offers complimentary shuttle to get closer to gondola or to stroll around the village. Also, if shuttle is not available, the lodge is located within a ten minute walk to whistler village, which makes it close enough for those evening walks. We had a great and enjoyable stay, and we'll definitely stay here again!"

"Loved my stay! Only suggestion would be to leave extra trash bags for guests to take out their trash as it piles up and there were no trash bags. Other than that, everything was clean, quiet and perfect. Thanks."

"I liked the separate entrance and they had fairly good outside security lights, but did not light up when we needed them to all the time. They've got a good start on these suites, but they are not finished yet. Also comma expired food left in the fridge and not the amenities to be expected in a vrbo. There was a used bar of soap in the bathroom. Not going to be using that on my BOD. "

"Musty smell"

"While the property is clean and spacious, the main selling point for this unit is its location and proximity to all the shops, restaurants and even the skating rink. In terms of customer service from reception staff, don't expect much. They will produce you the card keys to access your unit and provide directions to the parking space, but that's about all they can do for you. You will need to directly contact the property manager with the phone number you're provided for all other inquiries....

"I love Harrison hot springs as I’ve been here a handful of times over the last 20 years but boy does This hitel desperately need renovations. It smells bad and you can hear everyone below you, above you, next to you and in the halls. The rooms are so gross. I hope they revamp the place a little … Spent $500 for a night and the room eas worse than a motel 6 "
