Very comfortable beds & everything working properly in our room. Nice pools inside & outside. We recommend the owners to think about a covered area for one of the outside pools. There was nowhere to hide from the rain.

Overall it’s a nice place but we wouldn’t go back. No streaming service on tv (cable), and movies were upwards of 25 bucks to rent. There were not enough hooks around inside room or outer area for the amount of wet housecoats and towels that were used. Staff were not very friendly at reception area, which is fine I guess. I don’t know, this place needs an update or makeover or something. We had a good enough time don’t get me wrong, it’s just that, ya know, the price is way too high for what it is.

Harrison Hot Springs offers more than just access to mineral water—it’s known for providing peace and relaxation. However, my experience on December 18th and 19th was disrupted by unexpected noise. Renovation sounds near the main spa on the 18th and chainsaw activity by the main pool on the 19th detracted from the tranquil atmosphere. I also witnessed an unsafe incident where a worker cut a tree branch directly above a guest without issuing any safety warnings or asking the person to move. This was concerning and poorly timed. At check-in on December 18th around 2:00 PM, my experience with Sinji, a front desk employee, was less than satisfactory. Despite there being no other guests in line, he was overly serious, unwelcoming, and dismissive of my questions. When I inquired about events and activities mentioned on Harrison Hot Springs’ Instagram page, he inaccurately stated that there were no events at the resort. Unfortunately, this caused me to miss the complimentary tea and cookies offered between 4:00 and 4:30 PM, which I later discovered on my own. While Sinji’s approach was rushed and inattentive, I’ve previously interacted with other front desk staff who were much more accommodating. The other team members have been welcoming, patient, and thorough in answering questions during check-in, providing a much more positive experience. Overall, I hope the resort will address these issues to ensure it maintains the high standard of relaxation and hospitality it is known for

Warm water and good vibes. Hallway had a stain that looked like vomit wasn’t cleaned up. Older property so rooms are a bit outdated. Spa service used to include pool use, but is no longer the case and they charge extra.

The door lock stopped working 4-5 times and it required us to check front desk every now and then. After replacing card, still door not functioning to open. That was terrible and annoying each time when we went out and came back. The room number was #412. Additionally the room has some smells. It is okay for us but it could be not okay for some other people.
