"Anyone looking to stay next to the water and great restaurants this is your place. Everything is walking distances. Communication and cleanness is wonderful inside the apartment and in the rooms with clean towels and beds made. Bathroom is cleaned everyday. The only downside is the place is tricky to find and public transportation is difficult and there is a lot of noise from other residents who live here and construction work. Nights are very quiet. "Oh my word, where do I start? Antonio and Pasquale were so helpful and arranged the most perfect trip for my sister, mother and I. My mother is disabled, but they arranged a private tour with Giuseppe and Daniel that made her dream of seeing Pompeii so wonderful. Breakfast every morning in this beautiful palazzo was delicious. "Lovely views, towels weren’t clean, bath had small black hairs in it before our use and had holes and rips in them. No wifi like it said, no restaurant like it said. Renovations being done on the whole place. Beautiful dogs were on the property. The gates get locked at night so you can go and come as you like. Lovely owners, not much English speaking."

"We had a great stay at Hotel Herculaneum overall! The hotel and its facilities were clean and well-kept. Our room was clean and had everything we needed. It even had a lovely balcony overlooking the street! It was tidied up daily and washcloths and bathmats were replaced daily (there is no Do Not Disturb sign - which we didn’t mind). There was a slight drainage issue in our shower on our first night (which caused a little flooding) but the issue seemed to have been fixed by the time we returned...

"The hotel itself is lovely. The staff were very welcoming, the room was great and the restaurant was really nice too. It has lovely gardens to sit out in and enjoy a bit of sunshine. It's about 15 min walk to the train station and harbour where there are a few nice little restaurants too. It's just unfortunate the area around it isn't as nice but that's nothing to do with the hotel itself. "
