"We liked this property a lot, the setting was great and the people were great (except one cranky guy in the restaurant but the maitre d made up for it by being wonderful and so friendly). The only thing they really need is in room coffee. The coffee in the restaurant is not good but it wouldn't matter at all if you could do Nespresso or something in the room. The front desk was super helpful and the cleaning staff was great."

A .bit noisy from traffic but could not be handier for the train or bus from Naples, and ideal for a short stay. Reception opening times are limited but staff very helpful and we had communication via WhatsApp before we arrived at 9pm. What they don't know in English they make up for in helpfulness!"

"Lovely hotel. Very well located. If you arrive by port from Naples and don’t have much luggage, look for the lift which will be much easier than the steps! Hotel was beautiful and the staff were very friendly and helpful. If you need towels for a trip, ask at reception. Breakfast was excellent. We picked the cheapest room option so it was small but, as a base, it was perfect. We had drinks at the rooftop bar. You pay for the view but it’s well worth it. Would recommend this hotel"
