"We booked Namily House in February 23 for September 23. The day of booking after 3pm I receive a text advising a water issue and we were given another property totally inappropriate for 4 adults. The person sending text message was going to meet us at an agreed time and never arrived. We had to make our own way without any assistance. Very dissatisfied customer.
