"Such an amazing experience at this hotel, not only is the staff incredibly kind and attentive they are also so thoughtful. We stayed for our honeymoon in the pool villa, and on the first night we came in they gave us a call in the morning to see if we’d like to have breakfast even after breakfast hours were over since we hadn’t eaten. They always asked us about our itinerary to help us decide best places to go or offer us shuttle service or a car. We went on a lovely trip with Joe to the swing and coffee plantation, he’s so fun and knowledgeable, he was also so patient with us and wanted to make sure we had a great experience. The room itself is beyond what I expected, so clean and beautifully designed. The bathroom is so spacious and gorgeous that we could probably just live there. The shower has the best water pressure and the hot water keeps going even when we’ve filled the bath and want to use the shower after. Such an amazing experience, I really wish we had booked longer. Highly recommend staying here, and hope to come back one day! Also they offer yoga in the morning, a free foot massage when you first come and their chicken is halal. Amazing experience!! "We found elephant lodge at the last minute and while we normally dont go to animal parks this seemed different so we tried - we had the park view room overlooking the elephants area , sitting on our big balcony was a treat the children were so excited. And then the elephants pick you up from the room to go to dinner! Once in a lifetime amazing experience- super top quality resort , very nicely organised . Well done to the whole team there and thanks for a wonderful experience. "

"Eventhough the location was kinda far and independent, the mood of resort was so comfy and peaceful. And Every facilities like pool, morning yoga, underground bar was so nice. One of the most memorable moments was at the underground bar. Live music with good voice singer. So nice. "

"what stands out for the resort is the attentive staff working in the restaurant. they were very helpful and accommodating. they even provided a service recovery due to an order not being cooked to satisfactory. that does not mean that the food was but, it was delicious. the cleanliness in the room was borderline poor as the sheets were lipstick-stained. i did indicate to change the sheets but it did not come to pass. there weren't cups provided in the toilet for brushing of teeth. the pool water is murky and seems to not be treated regularly. overall, the hotel seems dated and in need of refurbishment. however, i have to reemphasize that the waiters and food on the other hand were top-notch. it was because of these positives, that our stay was not a bad one."
