"The hotel is excellent and the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and polite. They made it a joy to stay there. The rooms are spacious, well kitted out, regular cleaning and private pool maintained daily. Few if any complaints. "The best hot stone massage I’ve had in a while! The staff were super helpful too— I had to check out by 7am and the restaurant doesn’t open until 7:30, staff actually asked if I would like some breakfast for the road! I loved how quiet my balcony was, the road outside the hotel could be quite busy at times but I never heard any traffic noise. It was blissful to come back to a quiet retreat after the loud crowds of Ubud. Oh! One more thing… those banana pancakes are to die for!"

"The staff were beautiful and very accomodating. We loved being greeted with a smile each time we spoke with them all. Nothing was too much trouble to ask. The family is lovely, the premises are clean and it is located close to everything in Ubud but not loud (except for the roosters….welcome to Bali!).
