The staff are a fantastic team, and are so enthusiastic in helping you get the best out of your stay with them - and in Hanoi. Great location in the Old Town and easy walking to the best spots. We picked a double deluxe room, which was exactly as the one showed at their web-page: clean, nice and spacious! But the best of the hotel was the staff: friendly and sincerely willing to help.
