"Stayed here for 5 days and it was perfect, the staff arranged a seamless pick up and drop off at the airport for us and they were always so friendly and kind. The room was spacious, comfortable and quiet which after the chaos of the streets of Hanoi is a nice relief. Breakfast was included and lots of varied options and very attentive staff again. The location was great too, around a 5 minute walk to the scenic hoan kiem lake area right in the centre. If we are ever back in Hanoi we would...
