"This boutique hotel is in the heart of the old quarter of Ha Noi. This is a great location within walking distance of many shops, restaurants and attractions including the lake. The staff really go above and beyond from the warm welcome through to accommodating all of your needs and any requests you may have. The rooms are comfortable and well appointed. Truly appreciated the fruit and snacks in the room that are provided each day. The rain shower is also very lovely! The daily buffet and a la carte breakfast (included with your room) is lovely. Truly a jewel in Vietnam and I will be back again if I ever return to Ha Noi! "

"Great hospitality started even before arriving to the hotel, Anna reached out prior to our stay to provide options for tours during our stay! Plenty of food in the area, walking distance to the lake and night market too!! Welcome drink and local snacks upon arrival and already had our room nice and cool by the time we were guided to the room. They were very flexible with helping us change tour dates due to availability and weather, and went beyond by reaching out to help confirm with the rest of their staff. Everyone was genuinely kind and lovely, making sure we had everything we needed during our stay including the taxi to the airport. Thank you very much for a wonderful stay."

"We had a wonderful stay! The hotel’s location in the heart of the old town is unbeatable – it’s just a short walk to many major attractions, making it super convenient for exploring. The staff were incredibly friendly and always willing to help, which made our experience even more enjoyable. One highlight was the coffee from the café at the front of the hotel – hands down some of the best we had during our trip to Vietnam! We also tried the massage service, which was professional and very relaxing. While it was pricier compared to other places, the quality and overall experience made it worth it. Accommodation-wise, the family room was large, comfortable, and perfect for our needs. However, the deluxe room felt a bit small in comparison, so keep that in mind when booking. Overall, it was a great stay, and we would definitely recommend this place, especially for its location and service. We also organised our airport pick up through the hotel which was very smooth too, with quick responses to ease our mind while we were in transit."
