"Everything was fantastic at the hotel! The staff were so helpful and accommodating with everything during the trip. My flight arrived late but they organised a transfer from the hotel and offered late check in for me. The room was fabulous- even got a lovely upgrade to a balcony room showing great views of the street. While the location is central, the noise levels are not too bad. "We enjoyed a great stay. The best things about this hotel are the convenient location (close walking distance to lake, shops, main square and markets) and the staff. The staff made sure to check in every morning at breakfast to see how we were going. We had a minor complaint about the room and the staff went above and beyond to rectify the issue and offer compensation (which they didn’t have to). There was also a nice gift upon checkout. "
