"We booked the Lotte on a whim without knowing much about the hotel and it was a great choice. If you're looking for a hotel with a great pool this is the one for you. Pool is massive and there is barely anyone ever there. Staff are all very attentive and welcoming, rooms are nice. We were a little disappointed we had a SMART TV but no access to Netflix etc. The location is great, close to the water and walkable to other places in D1 like the market. Overall a great few nights at the Lotte."

"The Emily Lim tower is a we work office building. It was not where we were staying. After some confusion and calling the contact, we were actually staying at the Marq luxury towers next door. Once we got in we had a contact host named Thien who was very helpful. We could message when we needed anything. "By far the best stay I had in Sai Gon. I changed my hotels a lot during my 2 week vacation in Vietnam and this one was my top one to stay. The staff was super helpful, attentive and treated me very well. The room looked really modern and well maintained. Everything was super clean as well. Not sure about the soundproofing but it’s a general issue among hotels. Kudos to the bellmen, they were friendly and polite. Even helped me carry two big heavy suitcases when I got to the wrong location....
