"Lovely hotel, next to the Plaza Espania. Most of the main areas are within walking distance, but taxi rank outside hotel. We paid for The Level, and was disappointed that the lounge was closed until our last day. It was not exactly clear what our "Level" options were to replace the closed lounge.
