Our room which is on the ground level is next to the road in the old city centre so it’s noisy and we can’t even open the window because of that. It also has a mouldy smell when we first enter. But, the room has a bath which is nice. The property has a nice old world charm and is very near to all the eatery and activities.

Love the location on the narrow walkable street with no cars. Card key access to front door was very safe, and they have an awesome rooftop with views of the heart of the old city. Rooms were basically just for sleeping but very reasonable price when I was there.

This hotel is in the old city near the Cathedral and Alcazar. It's in the walkable area of narrow, winding streets. We loved walking to the nearby sites, but if you have mobility problems this place may not work for you. Cabs cannot go to the hotel but pick up at a park nearby.

As with any old property there were minor issues with some of the facility. Our room in particular was a bit dangerous. Three steps down from the bed area to the desk area and then another step down to the bath area. Hard to maneuver at noght
