"This is a very beautiful hotel. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. The best part of my stay was my room and soaking tub. Everything in the hotel and surrounding area was affordable including a massage on site at the spa. The fashion mall is a few yards away. I was able to get an adapter for my phone charger there. I also was able to book a tour through the hotel, this was cheaper than the other sources I was looking into. Overall, I’d recommend and return. "

If you are that type of person there is so many things you can do here with your significant other whether it’s prepping for proposal or anniversary or first time travel trip. "Location was amazing near paulista avenue. Property itself has been updated and while the room and bathroom are cosy they serve well the purpose of a 3/4 day stay in Sao Paulo . Breakfast is ok , rather repetitive but a fresh egg station is a bonus. This is a value for money property and I would recomend staying here . Language can be an issue but if you are a google translate expert it works well .. and is applicable to Brazil in general. Staff do their job but I would not say they go above and beyond. "
